hearto — Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 7, 2026

hearto is a photo- and video-sharing social app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind — this includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any other content or conduct that endangers minors. This page describes our standards, how we work to prevent this activity, and how to report it.

Age requirement

hearto requires every account holder to be at least 16 years old. Our App Store / Play Store listings are rated for a mature audience because the app hosts unrestricted user-generated content.

What's prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on hearto and will result in immediate content removal and account termination:

How we work to prevent it

To report suspected CSAE on hearto: use the in-app "Report" button on the specific post, comment, or profile, or email us directly at wli950574@gmail.com. Include as much detail as you can (username, post link/screenshot, and a description of what you observed) so we can act quickly.

Our response

Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as our highest priority. When we identify or are notified of CSAE on hearto, we remove the content, permanently terminate the associated account, and — where required by law — report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement.

Related policies

This page works alongside our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, which also cover age requirements, prohibited content, and account moderation.
